Ayam Beirut Al Cinema’iya is a biennial Arab Film Festival. It aims to defend original, thought-provoking, independent cinema, to honor the masters and encourage new talents, to introduce and promote Arab stories told by Arab artists. This year, Ayam is celebrating its 10th edition and 20th year, with 19 feature films and 11 short films from around the Arab world, a rich parallel program, and new sections that continue to explore the boundaries and evolution of cinema.

Organised by Beirut DC, the festival is taking place from March 29 to April 6 in Metropolis Empire Sofil, Dar El-Nimer, LAU Beirut, KED, Ishbilia Cinema and Hammana Artist House.
