In the wake of various conflicts, the Lebanese Civil War and the Syrian occupation, some ex-fighters from different nationalities decided to “step out”. In order to escape everything, they settled on the margins of Tripoli, Lebanon’s second city and henceforth have gained a sense of belonging from a flea market, the “Sunday Market”; where they believe to have found ultimate freedom.

À la suite de divers conflits, de la guerre civile libanaise et de l'occupation syrienne, certains ex-combattants de nationalités différentes ont décidé de «se retirer». Pour échapper à tout, ils se sont installés en marge de Tripoli, la deuxième ville du Liban, et ont désormais acquis un sentiment d’appartenance depuis un marché aux puces, le «marché du dimanche»; où ils croient avoir trouvé une liberté ultime.
